Dubai’s lavish Ritz Carlton resort complex is located in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), in the city’s vibrant marina district.

Offering 242,000 m2 of floor space, this vast complex consists of two 15-storey buildings with facades clad in pink granite and interior fittings that combine modern design with Arabic influences.

A 5 star luxury hotel and 15 storey residential complex which incorporates the 5-star Ritz-Carlton Hotel, with 270 bedrooms, 71 suites and 124 serviced apartments.

Other facilities include three restaurants, a spa, a business centre, a function room capable of catering for 900 guests, a health centre and a shopping precinct.

Designed and constructed by Bouygues Bâtiment International, the complex also includes a residential building with 323 privately owned luxury apartments along with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa, a sauna, sports facilities, restaurants and shops.

Two other Bouygues Construction subsidiaries took part in the project: the pre-tensioning was carried out by VSL, while the MEP systems (the air-conditioning, electricity and plumbing packages) were designed and installed by Bouygues Energies & Services.
