MahaNakhon is set to be the tallest skyscraper in Thailand.

Located on a 3.6 acre site in the heart of Bangkok’s Central Business District, the 77 storey building will top out at 314 m, making it the tallest skyscraper in Thailand when it is handed over in 2015, as well as the tallest ever built by Bouygues Construction.

With its distinctive sculptural appearance, MahaNakhon has been carefully carved to introduce a three-dimensional ribbon of architectural ‘pixels’ that circle the tower’s full height.

The exceptional tower will include:

  • 200 luxury apartments
  • 150 boutique hotel rooms
  • rooftop bar & restaurant
  • 1 level basement for mixed use
  • Cascading indoor/outdoor terraces at the tower’s base housing luxury retail & dining
  • Adjacent Cube Lifestyle & Retail Centre

Safety at the slab-edge on the MahaNakhon Tower is ensured by the use of sliding formwork. This technique enables site workers to operate two levels below the formwork in optimal conditions of safety.
