Seved Robin, Chief Executive Officer

Seved has more than 20 years of international experience working on major civil construction and engineering projects covering tunnels, bridges, marine works, airports and roads, and has worked with the Bouygues Construction Group for more than 17 years. Seved is currently engaged as the CEO of Bouygues Construction Australia (BYCA), overseeing a business of over 450 employees in both NSW and VIC. As part of his role, Seved has been involved in project governance of some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects including the NorthConnex Tunnel Project, Westconnex M4-M5 Link Tunnels Project, and the Metro Tunnel Melbourne Project. He has a flexible and adaptable approach to new sites and project establishment and is adept at creating and managing effective delivery teams.

Ritchie Green, QSE Director

Ritchie’s expert knowledge of Health & Safety Management Systems combined with strong leadership qualities and significant experience has enabled him to provide operational support across ‘high risk’ industry sectors in which the company operates. Having 27 years’ experience Ritchie is also a member of the Federal Safety Commissioners Industry Reference Group (IRG) and the National Health and Regulators Committee. Ritchie previously held the position of Principal Inspector and Prosecutor with The WorkCover Authority of NSW, undertaking investigations and subsequent prosecutions in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission which have set precedent in WHS Law.

Danny Agnoletto, Chief Financial Officer

Danny has over 30 years of experience across the finance and commercial sector, particularly in the delivery of major projects, including three iconic projects in Melbourne – EastLink, Crown’s Southbank Entertainment Complex, and the Metro Tunnel project in Melbourne. He has extensive experience in devising and implementing solutions for complex strategic and operational issues, as well as significant M&A transaction experience, understanding the focus and commitment required to deliver successful outcomes. Danny has worked at major public companies across his career including being CFO for the Spotless Group in 2013, where he oversaw a team of 260 staff and was responsible for all support functions including Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, Payroll, Investor Relations and Group Risk, and CFO for ING Real Estate Investment Management in 2009, managing six real estate funds for the company. Danny is an experienced negotiator who works with private and government entity counterparties for win-win outcomes.

Eliza Newton, Head of Communications

Eliza’s in depth corporate communications expertise comes from over 15 years in roles spanning public affairs, media and stakeholder engagement, government relations and issues management. Before entering the construction industry, Eliza worked in agency and in-house positions across a number of sectors including FMCG, health and pharmaceutical, agriculture, government and regulatory affairs. This experience has provided her with an invaluable skillset for handling high profile and sensitive issues, managing campaigns, and delivering strategic and measurable outcomes to benefit a broad range of businesses and clients.

Tony Griffiths, Commercial and Insurance Director

Tony has extensive construction industry experience across a wide range of sectors and countries throughout the lifecycle of projects, demonstrating an ability to set-up and then manage construction activities, and to handle transition to the operational phase. As part of his many Contract Manager and CEO roles, Tony has developed an exceptional ability to fully understand client requirements through structured communications and proactive stakeholder management. He is an expert in the negotiation and management of all technical aspects of contract documentation.

Russell Forster, Business Development Director

Russell has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been involved in all parts of the construction cycle; from project concept development, design development, tendering, contract negotiation, project management and completion and hand over. Russell has worked across the world. Russell’s strength is his ability to coordinate teams of people from different cultures with varying skill sets.

Grant Sainsbery, Environment and Sustainability Manager

Grant Sainsbery has over 22 years of professional experience in the tunnel, road, rail and water infrastructure construction industry .

During his career Grant has worked both within Australia and the UK in a diverse range of disciplines including construction environmental management, project approvals, environmental impact assessment, environmental design, erosion and sediment control, environmental auditing and compliance, environmental training, sustainability, stakeholder engagement and government relations.

Grant enjoys driving sustainable change through the infrastructure construction industry. Grant has a passion for formation of high performing environmental, sustainability and stakeholder engagement teams.

Nicolas Caille, Project Director – Melbourne Metro Tunnel CYP Design & Construction joint venture

Nicolas is a global expert in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. His proven track record on major projects spans the whole lifecycle, from concept to handover. He listens and asks the right questions to build strong client relationships and fully understand project aims and challenges.
Nicolas leads the CYP Design & Construction joint venture delivering Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project’s Tunnels and Stations. Beyond his technical skills in delivering such a large and complex project, Nicolas has successfully implemented a culture based on program respect, costs control, safety and stakeholder’s satisfaction.
