Seved has more than 20 years of international experience working on major civil construction and engineering projects covering tunnels, bridges, marine works, airports and roads. His business acumen and understanding of the company has been established through working with the Bouygues Construction Group for more than 17 years. Seved relocated to Australia from Hong Kong where he worked as Project Director on major projects including the MTR West Island Line 703 and Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Link – Northern Connection Sub-sea Tunnel Section.
Ritchie’s expert knowledge of Health & Safety Management Systems combined with strong leadership qualities and significant experience has enabled him to provide operational support across ‘high risk’ industry sectors in which the company operates. Having 27 years’ experience Ritchie is also a member of the Federal Safety Commissioners Industry Reference Group (IRG) and the National Health and Regulators Committee. Ritchie previously held the position of Principal Inspector and Prosecutor with The WorkCover Authority of NSW, undertaking investigations and subsequent prosecutions in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission which have set precedent in WHS Law.
Previously responsible for legal and risk management at international construction and infrastructure companies, both publicly listed and private, Adelina joined Bouygues in February 2018 as General Counsel and Director of the Australian Legal Desk. Adelina drives compliance and governance and manages legal service delivery through all Bouygues’ businesses including Bouygues Construction Australia, spanning civil works, building, solar and concrete technologies, tailoring legal solutions to complex commercial challenges. With over 20 years’ experience of the Australian construction industry, she takes a keen interest in pursuing the common industry agenda and is actively involved in industry forums.
Thibaut has 20 years of experience with the Bouygues Construction Group. After working at Bouygues Construction Materiel for 11 years where he was in charge of cost control, accounting, IT, and general administration, he switched to Bouygues Travaux Publics and was responsible for International operations in an area including Ivory Coast, Australia, Switzerland and the UK. He then became CFO of Bouygues Travaux Publics Philippines before joining Bouygues Construction Australia in May 2019.
With more than 30 years practical mega infrastructure projects’ construction and management experience, Emmanuel has completed major projects in several countries worldwide. He has extensive international tunnelling and major construction sites experience, which allows him to adapt quickly to new teams and changes in organisation. His total commitment to safety and technical training and mentoring of his team starts from a high-level safety involvement at design and methodology stages.
Emmanuel is currently Design & Construction Project Director on Westconnex’s M4-M5 Link Tunnels in Sydney.
Nicolas is a global expert in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. His proven track record on major projects spans the whole lifecycle, from concept to handover. He listens and asks the right questions to build strong client relationships and fully understand project aims and challenges.
Nicolas leads the CYP Design & Construction joint venture delivering Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project’s Tunnels and Stations. Beyond his technical skills in delivering such a large and complex project, Nicolas has successfully implemented a culture based on program respect, costs control, safety and stakeholder’s satisfaction.
